The MRNC operates within a community-based management model which is made up of a voluntary management committee that is responsible for setting strategic directions, policy, planning, evaluation, and financial management. Services vary from Early Childhood and Family Programming, Aboriginal Services, Emergency Assistance, Youth Services, Social Enterprise (Youth Café), Brighter Futures, Meals on Wheels, HACC programming and support, and community development projects. The Mid-Richmond Neighborhood Centre provides a cohesive range of community services to clients from varying backgrounds.
